Sean is very helpful! The product arrived promptly once it shipped. It was easy to assemble based on the instructions. Sean included a handwritten note and some extra goodies. That was a nice gesture!

One reviewer said that they used to spend hours on the toilet but after the poop stoop started experiencing dog-like poops that were over in less than a minute. This is what sold me. I am 250 pounds, and the stoop is incredibly sturdy. I find it’s also kind of fun to squat over the toilet like a goblin. And, I have so much more free time now. I do not crouch very low to the ground, and should have gone a couple inches shorter than my toilet instead of toilet seat height. This would have also been useful because I have a bidet installed, and those controls would have fit perfectly over a stoop just a bit shorter. However, even the lack of planning on my end does not diminish the fact that this delightful contraption means that I no longer dread using the bathroom.

What a well-designed product! I used to put my feet on the toilet seat to squat, but arthritis has recently made that painful. The poop stoop is a lifesaver!

Well, after an extended wait, I can def say that the full squat stool was amazingly perfect, exactly what I had hoped for after researching for several years to find the one I felt would be quality rather than cheap plastic…..and let me tell you this thing is crafted like fine furniture, no detail left out….it truly is a work of art, very sturdy, and feels very secure when using it…..and the finish on it with natural oils was icing on the cake. I can say that the wait is rather lengthy, and I was a bit impatient untill I realized that the pieces are made to order, and truly crafted rather than just piece mill made…..that and the actually product info disclosed the lengthy turnaround …I just failed to pay full attention, and even though I was concerned , the seller was very responsive and politely explained everything each time.

This was so easy to put together, and so sturdy. And it is a really nice looking piece of furniture that tucks perfectly against the toilet.

shipping was a little delayed because apparently everyone wants to poop well these days but the seller communicated promptly when I checked on the status. the product is great and delivers as expected. ☺👌
